- We will work with your insurance company and will accept their negotiated labor rates.
- Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center for an estimate of repairs to be written. You can visit one of their claims centers or you can visit our shop and have an estimate written by us to provide to your company. Should your car not be drivable you may have your car towed directly to our shop by any local agency or just give us a call and we would be happy to come and pick it up. Your vehicle may be left with us and you may notify the insurance company that you would like them to inspect the car here. We will review any estimate that you receive and will work directly with the company to ensure both correct and complete repair of your vehicle.
- You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Many insurance companies have contracted "direct repair shops". You can be made aware of the option to have your vehicle repaired at one of their shops but an insurance company can not require you or pressure you to do so. A company may tell you that if you use one of their direct repair shops that your repairs are warrantied or guaranteesd by them. Our shop warranties all of our work for as long as you own your vehicle. We are committed to you and the quality of your repairs. The high quality of our repairs and your complete satisfaction are the backbone of our business.
- There is no law requiring you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal regardless of who is responsible for the damages.
